To know to ourselves and live agree to our owns convictions is without a dough a difficult job but nevertheless not impossible in the chaotic society in which we live, in which we are imposed since the most tender age, certain social conventionality patrons of norm and moral behavior, which is the same politely correct, in theory, should let us co exist in a fairly good harmony with everyone around us. Many are feeling unfortunate, lost go off course, with nothing to live for. It is true we have to respect guide lines in our interactions with everybody else, neither is a plan to leave in anarchy with right to do what ever is our minds. Always we must have some limitations, rights, and obligations to respect one another in a society or group of social humans been that we are as come naturally with this bonus and respecting the status quo to be able to carry a way of life with values, freedom of thinking, and action to feels free ourselves coherence with ourselves. Been our own, without let no external influences and to channel our difficulties, always looking the positive side of things, learn to leave together, in daily life without anguishes for the future: This the angular rock of thinking of the Buddhism, and the principal idea of these book, written for the master or spiritual guide, formed in the most academy more well known of the more oldest religion. Who has been dedicated all his life to teach these simple philosophy of life in which is based his life. A born teacher, brought up, in these same world and for that is the best person to learn from, his teaching, and advisers, so we can used them day by day so these way we can add a grain of sand so the world can go a little better. According to the Author we all have a Buddhist heart, compassionate, altruistic, lofty, with a great vitality, value, which irradiate, love, happiness, learning to share, and also listen. And how you can you awareness his teaching? Been conscience that is real and alive, put in practice all his power. We can finally arrived to feels, and to thinks as Buddhist without even know about it. Everything needs time, patience, a lots meditation, and strive for been a better person. The Buddhism is more than a fashion style extended to a cinema world and neither you must go to the Tibet so you can learn …it is there to everybody reach.
